The current portfolio of flute stands covers the range from piccolo to contrabass flute, all made with carbon, very compact, and transportable in the instrument case.

The flute stand weighs 30 grams and collapsed it fits inside the flute.
The very narrow but strong legs are attached to the body with magnets. The piccolo adapter that can be placed on top of the flute stand – making it a perfect tool for quick switches- weighs 7 grams. SEVEN! The alto and bass stands have the same system as the flute stand, and weigh 50 and 70 grams, the bass being suitable for wide as well as narrow bore instruments.  The beautiful exclusive and exquisite wooden stands that formed the outset of WoodWindDesign’s journey are no longer in production, as demand was low after the introduction of the next generation of carbon flute stands, and also because of Gijs’ allergic reactions to certain wood dusts.

The stand for contrabass flute (weight about 650 grams) have a beautiful, innovative modular system of carbon tubes combined with propriatary parts. All the parts fit inside the instrument, and/or inside the instrument case.
